I ordered the tapes for both my daughter - then they made it impossible to continue without ordering their vitamins and of course they get your credit card # in the beginning - I should have hung up at that point - but didn't (dumb me!) - I tried to cancel the vitamins after my first shipment but they kept shipping them and billing me $19.99!
I have sent them back and called their customer service number to ask them to stop billing my credit card. They are VERY RUDE! I am furious! I finally paid off my credit card and got a new one just to stop the madness!!! Now they are sending me nasty collection notices and I want it to stop.
