Charged for products not ordered and won't provide refund or accept returns

WE ordered tapes/player from this company then recieved pills. We called the company and told them we did not want the pills. THere was not return allowed and since they continue to send pills after the debit my account. Again, after each call they say no returns allowed thus no refunds. Each time they state they will close the account then 90 days later they debit again... Same story. This is robbery! Numerous call were met with sorry, no returns, no refunds. Litigation is next!
