I went to my bank (the one with the stagecoach logo) and made a complaint so that I could report fraud and unauthorized charges to my cred. Card of $19.95 every month. My bank knew this Wu Yi Tea Co. Very well and made a 3-way conference for a discussion about the unauthorized charges. The phone # is 1-866-396-5711 and we talked to "Joe". Joe said the Wu Yi Tea Co. Would stop charging my account, cancel my "membership" and gave me a confirmation number. I have asked Wu Yi Tea to stop and cancel my membership months ago. They gave me the same song and dance with a confirmation number, then went right on charging $19.95 a month. So, let's see if the conference call from WF Bank makes a difference.
