Lotiontown.com - indoor tanning lotion - never recieved product

I placed an order with this company on May 6th. It is now June 18th and I have not recieved my product. However, they did recieve payment. I have sent emails x3 with one response: the shipping manager will look into it. Please be aware that this is happening repeatedly. I just found this out but it's too late now.
