Charged my account and not delivered. Charged under different names

I ordered some of the diet tea with the idea of losing a bit of weight. My debit card has had 4 charges to it, but I have received nothing.

I have called their 866 number and they said that they had to have everything in writing. I sent them an email requesting my money back. They charged my debit card again!

I want all of this to stop! I want my money back! These people need to serve some serious jail time for taking advantage of innocent people!
