I noticed the two $19.95 charges on my VISA card. I cancelled the tea shipments but when I called Living Lean, I was told that I had to contact them directly to stop the monthly charges, which they said was for monthly access to their website. I was also told that this was all in the fine print when I originally ordered the tea. Long story short, I demanded a refund and was initially told that they could only refund one of the charges. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the same thing. I pressed the issue and mentioned that I was going to file a dispute with my credoit card company. All of a sudden, the supervisor's tone changed and he said that both charges would be removed within 3-5 days. I was provided with a confirmation number of the cancellation and refund as well as thesupervisor's name.
BTW - I was also told that by accepting these refunds that my name and email address would be barred from any future orders from this company. Here is a news flash for these people and all like them - I do not want to ever again do any business whatsoever with any company that conducts business is such a manner. They are going to bar me from future orders? Fine by me. That is the best thing that I have had happen to me in the last yea
