Back at the first of the year I also purchased a trial of the Hoodia with the understanding that the cost was for shipping only. After numerous charges to my bank account and after receiving merchandise that I did not order, I returned the merchandise along with the following letter:

Dear Sir/Madam:
Enclosed is a bottle of something that I did not order. Please do not forward me any further products of any kind, in that I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING AND FURTHERMORE, DO NOT WANT ANYTHING FROM YOU!!! Please do not charge my credit card with any further charges. You make it very hard to correspond with you in that you do not provide ANY order numbers, customer numbers, or anything else that would allow communication with you. I have tried to contact you via telephone at the number on the bottle, 800-597-8654 to no avail. That is not right. I repeat, do not ever put another charge on my credit card. Furthermore, please remove the $69.95 that was charged to my credit card on 2/15/08 immediately. Please immediately confirm that you have done this! My bank is putting your practice under investigation. I am also enclosing a copy of all of the internet blogs that say you are a scam as well as furnishing my bank with a copy of this letter as well as the internet blogs. I REPEAT, REMOVE THE $69.95 CHARGE FROM MY CREDIT CARD AND SEND CONFIRMATION OF SAME!
Very truly yours,
Sue N

Nonetheless, the charges were never removed from my account and subsequently I had to close the account that these idiots were accessing and eat the charges that did go through. Yesterday, I received a collection notice from "The Collection Connection" in the amount of $38.95. They are located in Chatsworth, California according to their letterhead. I immediately tried to call them and was advised that their computers were down and that I would have to call back. I was supposedly transferred to a voicemail that never answered. I called back a second time and was greeted by a voice mail that was the same guy I had just spoken with.
