I followed the information that Zymax HealthCanada provided in the packages of product I rec'd. I mailed in my request to discontinue my reciept of their product. I have moved, and the product is no longer forwarded to me. I am now in an overseas location, and since the product didn't help in any way claimed anyway, want to be sure that it is not charged to my visa account any longer. Their promise is to stop charging and sending the product immediately upon your request. This is not true. They are still sending, I imagine to my old address, and charging my account. The product is probably being returned to them or it is put in my old mail box and thrown out by the new resident.
I again, today faxed them to stop charging and stop sending the product. It shouldn't be this hard. I was afraid of this, they made it sound too easy, and its not. My credit union tells me to stop them charging I will have to close my accounts, and have all my credit cards re-issued. This would be a nightmare, since I depend on those cards, and that account for my daily existence in my overseas location. I would not be able to do any banking, or money transactions for at least two or three weeks, maybe longer due to the process of issuing new cards and account numbers. I just hope this last attempt will be successful.
This kind of business operation can make an impact on your overall quality of life, and disrupt your day to day existence. They should not be allowed to operate, and companies should not be allowed to continue charging someone's account without persmissions at least every 3rd or 4th charge. Some rules, or measures should be set up to prevent the existence of rip off companies that can continue to get your money or cause complete disruption to stop them.
