I had worked for John Petrowski and and did not get paid
one cent for all the weeks of work that I did. I saw his ad on Craiglist for a Telemarketer and applied by email. He called, scheduled a phone interview, sent contract, script and list to call from. The rate of pay was $10 for 10 hours a week. I worked for him for about 3 months. I would have quitted sooner than that but I did not have nothing else lined up at the time. He kept making promises that he would pay and never did, I gave him the benefit of the doubt but started to see he was a real liar. I have called and emailed him several times but he never called or emailed back. Most of the times when I called he had a voicemail on. He had told me that things were crazy and he lost a Telemarketer then an someone then someone else. I got to thinking something is not right here. When I saw a pattern week after week after week of not getting paid. I called him several times and told him that he was wrong for not paying me for all the work that I did. I had acquired a lot of leads and did not appreciate not getting paid. I held by my end of the contract, he did not uphold his end. You can not keep getting away in not paying people. I would not recommend anyone to work for John Petrowski, he is a liar and have conniving ways. I hope that he will get action taken against him for all the people he have ripped off and taken advantage off.
How can you call yourself an owner of a business and do not pay people for work you want them to perform. He also stated that he was in a Tax Levy.
For all of his lies and excuses this is not acceptable. You should not be in a business if you can not pay people for services performed. When you do wrong you will not have good luck. Please stay away from this man, he will cause you nothing but grief and financial hardships.
