I was off work with a knee injury & surgery & had no income coming for 1 1/2 months. Active Family Chiropractic was notified about my situation, but instead of contacting me, they just went ahead & turned me into a debt collection agency. Now I"m required to pay interst fees & late fee charges. My question is how can this medical provider add all these charges, when they are not a loan company? I did not accept a cash loan amount from them.
