Product... Coloncure tablets.
I ordered a free sample from an email I received, paid $1.50 s/h. Rules were 14 days to cancel a full shipment of product, beginning from date ordered... Product arrived after 10 or 11 days, with no written materials included. The bottle had a phone number, which was disconnected... I'd thrown out the packaging envelope so had no address.
On the same day my bank statement showed an $89.31 pending charge, plus a foreign transaction fee (which was also charged to the free sample fee.) Obviously funds were handled from a foreign bank from a Las Vegas address.
I called my bank to see if they had a different phone number on the Coloncure, (now called "Nubodi") pending charge... They had the same disconnected phone that I had. It's also been sold thru secureeasypay.com in Las Vegas..
So no way to cancel within the 14 day period as a letter to Las Vegas would not have arrived on time.
My bank is disputing the charge. And today, the product arrived in the mail, I believe on the 14th day.By the way, the sample tablets were totally
ineffective.
