I don't want to bother to rehash what thousands of other deceived customers have already stated. Body of Change and LA Fitness, now one company, are liars, cheaters and actively engage in deceitful business practices. Do not do business with this organization. You will be better off sigining an agreement with Satan. Once this organization has it's claws into your bank account, which is their only goal, you will be finished. Even when your agreement has expired, make sure you cancel whatever credit card you have on file with them or they will continue to steal funds from your account.
This is why Louis Welch and his partner and his vice presidents spend their days harassing their employees to sell, sell and sell long term training programs to unknowing individuals who will soon be training with incompetent trainers who only have a certificate on hand stating that they are a trainer. They are not qualified and can pose a danger to your health and safety.
From coast to coast, this company's reputation is tarnished, and for good reasons. If you are a member of LA Fitness and a training manager approaches you to speak to you, remember the line from Forrest Gump, "RUN FORREST RUN!"
