This is a follow up after seeing another dentist for an evaluation of Allcare's denture work on myself and also my wife. This is the 2nd pair of dentures they have made me. The new dentist we saw told me the lower set is overextended which causes sores on the lower gum. Also, the upper set is too big. It is bigger than the original set I received years ago. My jaw has shrunk and this new set should be smaller. Neither are fitting properly.
This is my wifes first set of permanent dentures. She has the same problems that I have. Obviously, the people at Allcare do not know what they are doing. Now I have to hassle with them as to what they will do as far as reimbursement. We are not going to go back to them and go through this time and time again. I expect an arguement from them about the competantcy of their people. More to follow.
