National Health Net (NHS) called me pretending to be rewarding people who paid their taxes on time. They (NHS) said over the phone that at no cost to me, they (NHS) are rewarding those people with a check for $2100, $1800 after a $29.99 fee and $299.99 fee subtracted from the check.
National Health Net (NHS) told me that they (NHS) only needed my banking information to send the check to my bank and the bank will send the check to my mailing address. I asked if I had to do anything, and they (NHS) said "no". I was told more than once that the $29.99 and $299.99 fees will be deducted from the $2100 check and I had to pay nothing.
I have a $29.99 debit showing in my checking account with the description of "Autopay NHS 866-407-1029" for $29.99. I did not agree to this fee. I want to pursue a lawsuit against National Health Net (NHS) for fraud.
