I paid the $19.99 to download their book that had a 30 day money back guarantee and later noticed that it was a membership that charges $19.99 to your credit card every month. Before the 30 days was up I called to cancel my membership. The reply I got was saying that they were charging my credit card as I had instructed them. (I'm ADD not senile or stupid.)
Every month I write to every email address available complaining and for two months have had no real reply to either my cancellation or my demand that they stop charging my credit card. I have also disputed the charges with the bank of my credit card for two months.
Giving them the benefit of the doubt (all staff may be extremely ADD and their solutions possibly don't help) I won't reveal their 3 steps here. If they make things right they may be helpful to someone else. They have not been helpful to me and have caused a great deal of aggravation.
