I received the 2 week trial Wu-Li tea box from WuYi Source or EasyWeightLossTea.com for $35. Oo plus tax, etc. There was no promised booklet in the package entitled, "The Shape Up Club... Your Step by Step Roadmap to the Beautiful, Slim, Stunning Body you've Always Desired", nor was I able to contact the company to cancel.
When I called the 866 number for cancelling any further 'autoship' orders of tea, I was told on several occasions that there were technical phone difficulties and that I had to send an email in writing to "[email protected]" but when I went there either it did not exist or I was ignored. I tried calling the phone number on the shipping package but that was a wrong number and the answer machine explained it was a private number that was not the WuYi tea company but had received hundreds of calls.
Bottom line: I do not want anymore tea and do not want my credit card charged by this company in the future. Since I am unable to cancel with this company, I have to write to Visa and explain what happened.
