Company charged $87.31 to debit card, after reactivating account from cancellation 6 months ago. I have called several times to credit said charge and supervisor telling me it could take 7-10 working days to credit.
He admitted to an error on the part of the company in charging not only me, but 15-17 other customers. (Supervisor's name "Eric") Gave lame excuse about a bank to bank transaction taking longer Hmmm! Funny bank to bank transactions appear overnite when you write a check.
Original customer service person ("Skylar") promised refund within 48 hours.
No such animal.in fact he was a "newbie" rep and shouln't have promised that. No comment on who initiated the transactions or why.
I filed a report with the FTC in regards to this company and I hope they get
put out of business and hopefully a lawyer will file a class action, I would gladly be the first to sign my name to the lawsuit.
