Dental bills that loast forever Lowell a

My son of 20 needed his wisdom teeth removed, so he applied for the hc credit card with a limit of 1800.00, after a full year of making payments the balance is still 1720.15. How can they deo this to customers, at this rate isw will never be paid the minimum payment is 56.00 of which 46.00 is interest, i am sure this interest rate was not disclosed, how can these people be stopped and how can this ever be paid down. I have seen alot of rip off sites showing this company. Not only that, it will ruin his credit.
