I received a bottle of vitamins I don't recall ordering. When I try to call about it I get manipulating messages and directions never allowing me to inquire about this. When I try to retrieve the RA number "required" to get a refund, I get put on hold and no one ever picks up. However the ordering extention has no waiting at all. The mailing material strategically avoids an address making it virtually impossible to resolve the matter. All I can do is put a stop on the credit card they got when I ordered a cleanser and are billing this vitamin I don't want.
