On Oct 28 I called 1/866-377-1303 and was told that my order would be sent. Now you can't even get through on that number and if you do it either rings and rings or it is answered and you are hung up on.
I have been told several things by email correspondence: like my order was sent, my order could not be processed yet I was charged, I was told that my account was not charged, I was told that the shipment was sent again, and again, and yet again, I was told that there has been a problem with their shipper and so on and so on...
Now they are saying they will refund me only 36.00 and my order was 113.00 that is a difference of 77.00. I would appreciate either a refund or my order.
