Got a Call from 24 hour stateing that the credit card I had on the sccount was not accepting thier charges, Thats when I told them I had signed up and put my account on hold while I had surgery and rehab. I am Hadicapped and the only facility I wanted to use was the pool and spa area. The agent at the st charles location put it on a temp hold, Not Indefinate like I requested. So to my amazment Im being charged for service I never recieved. I call three days in a row to temanate this abuse and contract. Only to be put on hold, told to call an 866 number then an 800 number, Hung up on then put on hold waiting for a supervisor to give authazation to return my money, then opps the supervisor steped out and told twice a supervisor would call me back, Beware of thier practices...
