I have ordered Hydrocodone 10/325mg the month of October and have not recieved it yet. I think it is a scam so i want a refund

I have ordered Hydrocodone 10/325mg for the price of $36.49 the month of October. The check # is 93412949984, written to 8771 Santa Monica Blvd.#1219, Los Angeles, Calif. 90069-4507. And I had written on the "C.O.D. No. Used for"-purchase for hydrocodone.

I would like a refund if it wasn't processed.
