They took $99.61 out of my charge card but never provided me with the product

In May I paid $4.71 for shipping and handling for a free sample for hoodia, which I received in the mail, in the June statement of my Visa account they debited $99.61 from my account for a 3 month supply of Hoodia and I have to this date never received this product from them. They are ripping me off, it is obvious.
