I got a pop up ad advertising some pills. They advertised free pills for $4.95 shipping so I put in my credit info. Then where the submit button was, it indicated that it was a NON secure site so I did NOT submit my order, rather I exited the site.
Now I am receiving pills, pills, pills and being charged $149.99 to my credit card. I have returned them but am told by a very rude sales clerk named Brandy Gomez (if that's her real name) that 1) I lied when I said I did not submit my order 2) I cannot return product 3) there is NEVER a guarantee with the product I purchased.
I placed 3 "tickets" of concern on their website but cannot get in to look to see if they answered because everytime I log on it won't recognize ANY of the three id's I have used.
Guess why no guarantee??? They are stealing identiy and ripping off people. They have it all figured out!
Someone needs to stop them.
I have reported them to the Missouri Attorney General who indicates they have already received complaints.
What a scam!!!
