I needed lab work done, but the lab told my doctor that the sample had arrived in the wrong packaging and so it was ruined. No test was ever done. I never got treated. Then 6 months later I get a bill for the lab work. Sharp-Jackson told me I still have to pay and then I could try to get my doctor to reimburse me. Not only is it consumer fraud, it sounds like medical malpractice to me.
