I, too, fell for the "free sample" internet scam by this company. I did not find the warning until after I had agreed to pay shipping and given Steel Bridge my credit card number. Sure enough, I got my 60-day supply and the $99.95 additional charge to my credit card shortly after getting the sample.
Contacting Customer Service - simply a run around. My credit card company, while disputing the charge, said it was not fraud because the definition of fraud is that your credit information is stolen — Not given voluntarily.
I never gave Steel Bride authority to charge my card at will and will fight this. Maybe we all can start a bad press campaign or something.
