I originally ordered the free sample with just shipping charges like most everyone here, but then was charged $99.95 on my Capital One credit card for 2 more bottles I did not authorize in July and returned them with a letter to the company that I did not authorize nor did I want them. I had no response and they never answered any calls.
Capital One charged back the 1st $99.95 and then it happened again in September. I returned the package back to Steel Bridge unopened and finally got someone on the phone, explained to them what I had not authorized to do and they THEN "canceled" my "membership". Capital One was charging back that $99.95.
Since then, now Capital One is wanting to charge back to me the 1st 99.95, saying that Steel Bridge has shown "proof of valid purchase" on a Dispute Resolution Form that has dates all screwed up. They show my cancelation date as the date in Sept. When it should have been when I got the 1st unauthorized package sent back to them with a letter stating I never wanted them.
I am now in a dispute action with Capital One & Steel Bridge Medical and have decided if Capital One doesn't work this out correctly, i will have to close my account with them and take my business elsewhere.
