I got ripped off like the rest of you with the "you did not read the small print" and it has been 14 days, so you are stuck with the $99.95 charge. After I tried calling this place for over a week and continually being put on hold and trying to leave my number so they could call back (which only disconnects the call) I sent a E-Mail to them at steelbridgemedical.com and received return E-mail with subject: Sales; Cancel automatic shipment of Lipoplex. June 26.
On Sept. 1 I was charged another $99.95 even though I had cancelled this stuff that does not work, So even if you have documentation that you cancelled keep an eye out for these people.
Today I start the long drawn out procedure again!
