I ordered a free sample of 'Lipoplex with Hoodia' and paid $6.95 for shipping. I received it several days later in plain box with no literature. I failed to read the 'fine print' when ordering online so I never knew that they would send me future orders if I didn't cancel within 14 days. Steel Bridge did not inform me in any way that they have charged me for a 3 month supply but went ahead and charged $99.95 to my credit card.
At this writing I have not received the shipment I was charged for. When I called to cancel after finding their phone number only on the site I ordered from I was put on hold for over 15 minutes so I took the option of being called back. They did call back each time I contacted them however; no one is ever on the line when I answer my phone.
Now I am out $99.95 and I can't even cancel any future orders I am sure I will be charged for! They list no contact information except for the phone number (800-597-8533). I can't even find Steel Bridge Medical online. I guess my only option is to cancel my credit card. Boy have I learned my lesson!
