When I placed my order on Southnatural.com, I ordered and paid for a UPS Next Day Air Saver delivery. However, my package did not come by the next day and when it did arrive, it was sent by USPS Priority Mail.
I've repeatedly called the customer service number to try to get my money refunded for the shipping, but the phone either goes unanswered, or I leave messages with no return call. Once, I did get someone on the line, but he said their computers were down and PROMISED to call me back. He never did.
