Yep! That rotten rip off bunch at Physical Enhancement Labs got me too, at least they think they do.
Same old story, tried the free supplement for $4.95 and was ten sent three bottles for $149.95 without my authorization. They claim reverse authourzation which doesn't fly. Tried to call them many times, no one answers the phone. Tried to email them three times, no answer. Wanted to send the product back to them, but evidently they don't want it either. Just my money. Well they will not get it.
I have placed the charge in dispute with my credit card company twice now. The other day I received a dunning notice from a collection agency letting me know they could hurt my credit. The amount that PEL is telling them to collect from me is only $67.50, wonder why such a difference??? The will get not one red penny from me.
I am going to write the Atty. General of Oklahoma and put in a complaint about them through the Federal Trade Commission. These guys need to be tarred, feathered and run out of town. What a lousy bunch. Hey people unite and everybody write the Atty. Eneral of Oklahoma at 313 NE 21st St, Oklahoma City OK 73105. Contact the FTC at their web site. Ftc. Gov.
