My Father ordered the Facial Hair Remover from a TV commercial.
However, he is allergic to an ingredient. So he didn't open the product.
He returned it via UPS.
Tristar Products accepted the product back, then nothing.
When I inquired why their account had not been credited yet. They wanted proof that the product had been returned.
I gave them the UPS Tracking Number however, they want a FAX of the signed returned receipt. I asked for an email adddress so I could scan the receipt and email it to them. Surprise, surprise no email address. This is a continuing saga, of which I will update periodically.
I intend to contact the District Attorney in Wallingford, Ct. To investigate, however, I don't expect too help there either.
