I ordered a product from piromeds.com on June 25th and it was supposed to be shipped via EMS Courier with a tracking#. Packages sent via EMS should arrive within 14 days. When it did not arrive I emailed the company for the tracking#. They did not reply. I sent 3 other emails none of which were responded to. When you call their customer service# you get a voicemail message from a female with a British accent. I left messages and they never called back.
When I received my credit card statement the charge was from ip-rxconnect.com. I went to the ip-rxconnect.com website and was able to view the charge on-line. I filled out their contact form and explained the situtation to them. They never replied.
I called their telephone# listed on the credit card statement. Here you get a voicemail from a male with a British accent. I just checked piromeds.com and it is no longer online as of today. I called my credit card company and they are doing a chargeback. Ip-Rxconnect.com is apparently running multiple scam internet pharmacy websites.
Do not believe the garbage on their website about your credit card being banned on the Internet if you do not dispute charges through them. All they are trying to do is buy time for themselves so that you may exceed the time period allowed for chargebacks by your bank. Always use a credit card when ordering over the Internet as you can do a chargeback.
Never use debit cards or pre-paid credit cards unless you know the company is reputable. There are also a number of scam pharmacy websites that are using fraudulent Canadian Pharmacy seals. If you see those seals on a website contact pharmacychecker.com to make sure they are valid. Canadian Pharmacies require a prescription so if you find one that says it doesn't it is a scam. Also check with whois at networksolutions.com to see how long the domain has been registered for. If it is a recent registration it is most likely a scam.
