Daniel Bensimon and Nuhad Karaki, Owner and CEO of Jouvence Aveda and Le shoppe Salons in Virginia and Maryland think that they are above the law by withholding funds in employee paychecks (from time worked) and refusing to return the funds if the employee is employed for less than 90 days.
