Will not refund as contract stated after one year, Will not answer phone Ripoff

After reading other reports on this company, mine is the same. The company promised a refund after one year if no result or profits were made. They owe me $1500 less $30.00 shipping. They will not answer phone. I am waiting for reply to email. The original company rep. Threatened me with bad credit reports if I canceled payment which I wanted to do on the first day.
