My girlfriend got a free sample of their product. The product was not as good as they stated so it was cancelled. We forgot to write down cancelation number, and we were billed. They would not refund the money, but said they would issue a credit for future purchases with their company. I have no intention of buying from this company again. So a credit or voucer card would do nothing for me. I called again today to cancel and have the confirmation number written on my statement for future references.
