I was a dealer for Techmedica Health, selling alternative medicine from real doctors. Due to my daily work schedule, I didn't have time to sell the products so I returned the surplus in December for a credit on my charge card. I returned 16 bottles totaling $402.00. Since I had 4 on consignment that I had sold and not paid for, I requested that the amount of $76.00 be deducted from the total. The amount I requested for credit was for 326.00. I have called many times to try to straighten this matter out but can't get any response only answering machine calls.
Twice, I have sent my copies of my credit card charges showing that I have paid for these products. The one time that I did get to talk to a representative of the company, Randy said that their invoices showed that I had not paid the amounts. Bad bookkeeping!!! My charge card was charged but their records were different. There is a guarantee with this company that if you're not satisfied with the product to return it for a refund. I wouldn't trust them to do this since I have had such a problem doing business with them.
