Owner changed business name from Tan Rio to VIP Tans and will not honor my prepaid 1 year account. They will only honor it if I buy another 1 year account. Gee, that sounds like a dumb thing to do! I guess I must look SuperStupid!
Ever since this worm bought the old Club Tan and turned it into TAN RIO it has been a crap hole and very wormy. Now a new name change and more games!
I have had a continuous account at this salon since 1998 under different owners and names!!! The original was Club TAN and my account has been continuous and renewed before the end of each term.
No previous name change or for that matter new owners ever failed to honor my annual account until now!
I am furious!!!
