I placed an order with this company on May 11, and have yet to receive my product. I paid extra for 2 business day shipping, which they now deny that I paid.
I've talked to a rep. (Steve), on several occasions, and he always tells me to calm down, that the shipment has been delayed, and that they will ship my order "soon". What do they consider soon???
I have never dealt with a company like this one before, and I will never use any of them again.
