No delivery, no reply to emails, no refund, credit card debited, achromasia

I ordered the all singing all dancing kit from britewhite.com for teethmoulds and 10 syringes to whiten my teeth on the 10th April. I had used their product in the past but had lost the moulds, and was really excited about getting my teeth white again.

The website promised delivery in 4 days. My Credit card was debited by American Dental Union for 159 dollars on the same day I ordered.

Confirmation of my order and credit card deduction was sent to me by email from American Dental Union, so Britewhite and American Dental Union are the same company and I believe they may also trade as Professional Teeth Whitening.

The email confirmation only had my credit card address (in the UK), and the delivery address was left blank. I had filled in my South African address for delivery when ordering... So I immediately emailed them back on the same day (the 10th April) to confirm again that it should be delivered to South Africa explaining that I wouldn't be in the UK for another year. Nobody acknowledged this email.

16 days later (26th April), nothing had arrived in the post, so I emailed Keeley in customer services and their sales division, but still got no reply. I was now getting quite worried about my money.

On 2nd May, I again emailed Keeley in customer services and Sales, marking the email URGENT and requesting an immediate response. No reply.

On 22nd May, I again emailed Keeley and Sales, asking for a full refund BUT STILL GOT NO REPLY!!!

On www.britewhite.com website it says and I quote:

"Professional Teeth Whitening is so confident that you will be happy with our products that we guarantee (100% money back guarantee)"

Since then, I have been unable to contact britewhite/american dental union. I have emailed the email address they confirmed the order to me by email, and another email address for their sales department, but have heard nothing. No apology, no response. Nothing.

So all I can say is right now, the only advice I can give is that it is a 100% NO SERVICE AND 100% NO MONEY BACK GUARANTEE that I have experienced this time around.

I live in South Africa, so can't dial the toll free number they have on the website, and there is no address. So the only recourse I have had is via email. I only registered on this site out of desperation that maybe someone at American Dental Union / Britewhite might actually reply to me if I did so.

It is now 30 May (7 weeks later) and despite 4 emails to Keeley in britewhites/american dental unions and their sales departement, I still have had no response.

It's a shame, as I had used them before and had a great experience and had even reccommended them to my friends, but it appears that things have changed and the company has really gone downhill.

Watch this space, and if theres no update to this, DON'T ORDER ANYTHING from this company unless you want to kiss goodbye to 159.00 dollars and a whole load of stress and time dealing with trying to get your money back. 100 percent no product received, 100% no money back and 100% no service to date whatsoever. Be warned!
