I ordered a free sample and payed for postage and handling and then my card was billed 69.95 for this free product. I called the company tri clear and their customer rep's hung up on me two times, even though their calls are monitored they refuse to let you speak with a supervisor and they are extremely rude to you and they hang up on you immediately after you state your claim, when you go to the internet they cannot receive no complaints they will not help you resolve this dispute, furthermore when you send for the free trial and pay postage for it youare told you will recieve a louis vuitton purse and billfold which you never recieve, this is a total ripoff and i will have to go to the bank and go through paperwork to get my money back...
