We had ordered from Healthy Legs before with no problem. Not this time..
We placed an order on Jan 9, and they debited our debit card for it. They promised delivery on Jan 29, then Feb 15. Repeated e-mails to them went unanswered - there is no other way to contact them. Finally on Feb 27th I was able to speak to a live person there - her name was Pam and she promised me our order would be shipped the week of Mar 5. It never came.
I filed a complaint with the BBB in Oregon on Mar 16 - they gave Healthy Legs until Mar 31 to respond to my complaint, and then extended that to Apr 12 when they failed to respond. Yesterday, the BBB notified my that they were closing the case because Healthy Legs never answered.
Thankfully, I paid with my debit card - my bank will be crediting our account for the money Healthy Legs stole from us.
