By reading all of usacomplaints. Coms, I realized that I should have read them before signing up the contract with LA FITNESS Body of Change. It is a waste of money!!! The worse thing is that they don't tell you the truth when you first sign up the contract. They are very nice first, trying to convice you to lock you up. After that they don't want to work with you like scheduling, cancelation and most of the trainers are not even professional.
The first time I had an appointment with a trainer he was telling me how to work out, but at the same time, he was also waiting for a call, he got a very bad attitute. The next day, I have an appointment and he put me a the wrong time and reported as a no show. I don't want to go back to that gym. Now I will have to pay part of my membership which is about $450. Don't sign up! Don't waste you money! Read the contract carefully!!
