Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I placed an order on this website nearly two months ago. It said there was a one time, non-refundable processing fee for the order of $19.99.

I NEVER received the product and actually forgot about the order... Until I checked my bank account!!! The company has been automatically billing my credit card a monthly fee of over $20!!! So, they NEVER sent me a product... NOR did they send me an email confirmation of any sort to tell me that they received the order or that they would NOT fill the order... NOR did they send me anything that said they would be charging my credit card on a monthly basis for absolute NO REASON... Nor is there anything on their website that said they would be deducting money from my bank account every month!!!

No product!!! No communication! Monthly recurring charges??? This website is a total scam!!
