I joined Ladies Fit express last year before my back went out again. The Dr. Had to take me out of work, I couldn't even drive. But, to honor my contract with them, I continued monthly. I explained what happened and why I hadn't been there.
They called Richard, the owner and he said that if I had NOT PAID monthly, they would extend my time! But Because I did the right thing and paid on time, I was out, no time left. I showed them a letter from the DR. They didn't care. They got their money and that is all they care about.
I would rather drive 50 miles to work out than 3 minutes to go here, and gladly pay even more. He stuck with his answer, my time was up! I'm being punished for doing the right thing. And I will tell everyone I know, until they are out of business. I've posted complaints with the BBB, Consumer Affairs, 411 and now with your company. I would like to hear from anyone else that has had such a problem!
