The product i ordered for my daughter diaper rash came as hemriod cream. I caontacted the company the sid they will send it right out. Then called back asking asking did i want to keep the hemriod cream. No! Don't need it. Then called me back asking for my credit card info i said what 's the charge she said shipping i said what for she said to resend it. Then i said exactly what 's being charge and now they offer to refund my money by check in 6-8 weeks
