I have been ordering Plastic Bags with our company logo thru My Shop Angel for a little over a year. I always order the same color (Navy Blue & Red). I recently called them and ordered some more red and blue bags. I actually had the bags rushed ordered to get them sooner. I received the bags on 12-15-08 and found out the the navy blue bags were baby blue now. I called My Shop Angel and they just basically said "Tuff". They will not answer my phone calls or resend me the correct bags. There is no way I will hand out these bags because they are not the company colors. I can not believe that they are not willing to resolve this problem when it was their mistake.
I do not recommend this company to anybody. Everything is good when everything is good but the minute they make a mistake they will not own up to it. Please be careful in doing business with My Shop Angel.
