After 9 'treatments' the owner Barbara Kennedy told me we were spinning our wheels, that her machine isn't known for spider veins, that she has some new software that will help. I then asked for a refund since the 'treatments' thus far were given with the wrong software. She refused and kept my money. If you prepay for a new roof and the roofers climb up there and in the end there's no new roof, you'll want your money back. I went to her, I trusted her, she said she had the right equipment and could do the job, she took my money and I'd like it back!
