This club consisting of shady salespeople and 'look the other way' executives promoted and then sold 3 year contracts at a specified rate with the promo of a friend gets a free 1-year membership. 2 months after the fact they cancel the free membership (with no forewarning or contact) and only after investigation by the ripped off customer did they come up with the 'oh, that saleperson didnt know what he was doing' routine. They stated he had been fired, and that the bonus membership was null and void. Sorry.
In addition, the membership specifics (which days it was valid for, what classes and such were included) changed after the fact. Now, the original member is geting correspondance from Baly's saying that 4 months ago her membership was used incorrectly at 87th street and is now cancelled.interestingly enough, the $ is still being drawn from the bank account. Get your shit straight Bally's.
