Alliance Billing ripoff will not return my calls and no legit # for the company also no product sent New york

Does anyone know anything about this outfit? So far, I haven't had any trouble w/them, but now, I can;t seem to get anyone to answer my calls. The person I was talking to was named Julius... Also, anyone know anything about "alliance billing"? They charged my visa $182.95 on Oct 17th, and never received my product... All the ph. #'s the bank had on my statement didn't have enough didgits in it... Help!!! A friend in need. Judy, ar.
